syn.Sync. (Synthetic Synchronization)
We, in the digital age, are being increasingly feed with endless stream of information that it has become and accepted as a second nature; this has distracted the act of simple human interactions, appreciation of the outdoors, or even simply a break to daydream; these simple acts have converted to a synthetic act.
It is the intent of Syn.Sync. to re-sync these seemingly synthetic act, and to attempt to encourage and foster the beauty of human interaction and the elegance of mother nature.
AFAR
Each different viewing angle from afar will also give slivers of visual cues and elevate anticipations on what is to be experienced once the visitor is inside.
INSIDE
An array of changing colors will give visitors the impression of being in the midst of the Aurora Northern Lights, whilst the incision opening at the top allows the engaged visitor to fully appreciate a sliver of the Amsterdam night sky.
JOURNEY
The experience of walking thru it will present each piece of the “ribs” at a radiating angle, culminating at the center, this will facilitate the visitor to concentrate at the moment, where each step she/he takes will have a slightly different view presented against the backdrop of changing colors of the lights.
